Univak

Univak. Place question is slot and wait for answer. Answers any question.
My brother had been working on something top secret in the basement for hours. I wasn't allowed to come down. When he finally presented his new creation I looked at it wondered if he had done something, well, magical and hugely important. I knew he was very smart. After my persistent questioning (that quality didn't just appear in my 30's) he finally conceded that there was a typewriter inside and that he was the omnipotent source of knowledge to all of life's questions. It was a little like finding out the truth about the tooth fairy, but I still thought he was super cool.

i can't remember them specifically. i asked him science questions and philosophic questions (from a 6 year old's vantage point).

i thought the christmas lights were a nice touch. :)

I was way into the ultra-wide odd colored belts (maroon, or offwhite, or green) that had three eyelets for the three metal prongs that latched inside them. Plus I would wear double-Toughskin jeans. Actually my double-Toughskin jeans saved my life. Back around 1976 I pulled up a hose in the woods next to my grandparents land they owned. Buried in the earth beneath the hose was a zillion bees. Once I pulled the earth up (via the hose) and uncovered the bees I took off running. They stung the hell out of me except my legs, because of my super cool jeans. Thanks Wrangler!
